We have great things happening on campus. And we like to share them with the community…social media, divisional blogs, newsletters, websites, yearbooks, our annual report…

Please take a few minutes to add your favorites from your event, program, classroom, activity, moment on campus.

Shared Google Drive Folder: SY16_17 Photos

ADDING A FOLDER

  1. Create a new folder. The name should be as follows: year_mm_division_event. For all-school events, please use the abbreviation AS
    1. Example: 2016_08_ES_Independence Day Assembly, 2016_10_AS_Fall Fiesta, 2016_09_MS_WOW, 2017_05_HS_Graduation
  2. Add your fabulous photos. We recommend you consider the file size and the time it will take to upload. In general, larger images will reproduce better, but take more time up upload. Better to have a smaller dimension file, but higher in resolution (180 or 300 dpi).
  3. Keep your own copy of your originals.

ADDING PHOTOS TO AN EXISTING FOLDER

  1. Open up the folder you wish to copy photos into.
  2. Drag and drop them from your memory stick or computer into the folder. You will see an uploading menu appear.

USING A PHOTO

  1. Find the photo you would like to use.

Download the photo.

IMPORTANT: do NOT “drag and drop” the photo. This WILL delete the photo from the folder.
