Student Schedule Report

  1. Begin by choosing your division (ES, MS or HS) and selecting “all” students.Screen Shot 2016-08-16 at 1.34.37 PM
  2. Select “Select function” > Export Using TemplateScreen Shot 2016-08-16 at 1.34.43 PM
  3. Type of Export > Select Student SchedulesScreen Shot 2016-08-16 at 1.34.50 PM
  4. Choose your selection and then click SubmitScreen Shot 2016-08-16 at 1.34.53 PM
  5. The data will come in excelScreen Shot 2016-08-16 at 1.35.00 PM
  6. Date Enrolled – is the date student enrolled in this course
    Date Left – is the date when student was withdrawn from this course
    The teacher name is in two columns, so you can use the “Concatenate” function to concatenate the name into one cell- Teacher Name. Remember to Copy the cell and Paste Special > Values so formula is replaced by values once you remove the last name / first name column from the sheet.Screen Shot 2016-08-16 at 1.35.05 PM
  7. Select whichever course you want under the “Course name” and delete the rest of the course. In this case, we are selecting “Science” and “Advisory”

    Note: Have the whole data sorted by “Student ID”

    You will have both the courses listed in different rows for the student.
